On Sunday, the Simply Stylist Fashion and Beauty Conference took place at the W hotel. For those of you who do not know, Simply Stylist is a platform that connects fashion, beauty and tech enthusiasts. The beginning of the day started with a series of panels and the end of the day concluded with mingling and testing products from various sponsors such as Dove and Laneige. I was unable to attend the panel portion, but dropped by in the afternoon with my fellow blogger boo Kay to mingle and learn about new products in the industry.
For the event, I wanted to be chic and weather appropriate so I pulled out a shirt dress from my stash and accompanied it with a yellow crop cable knit sweater. If you’ve been following the blog then you know I am obsessed with stockings, so I thought it was the perfect opportunity for me to try out my KushyFoot Fishnet tights with sole massaging sensation. Most fishnet or design tights do not have a solid sole base on the bottom, which is why it was refreshing to have extra support with this particular pair.
I completed the look with a faux fur vest, black knit hat, a gold chain necklace, an assortment of gold rings and bangles, burgundy tote and black cut out block heels.
