This past weekend I enjoyed a a few extra days off work due to the Thanksgiving holiday. Although rest and relaxation would have been nice my extended weekend was jam packed with festivities. I spent my days catching up with friends, family and even celebrated two engagements.
For one of my friend’s birthday/engagement party I decided to rock one of my many tulle mini skirts. To be honest, I had no clue what to wear for this event. Initially I had an idea in my head, but per my norm actually finding all the pieces for it proved to be challenging. I seriously need to start making my own clothes, but in the midst of my frustration I decided that denim would work and the look did me justice for the night.
Over the knee boots adds a wow factor to a mini skirt so the timing was perfect for me to rock my latest shoe crush. Paired with my creme tulle skirt and fitted denim shirt I was giving chic with a bit of edge.
Next I wanted to showcase some arm candy without going overboard which is why I wore one of my midi bracelet sets and a simple cuff bracelet. Lastly, simple studs and a statement necklace added the finishing touches for my jewelry. My pop lipstick of choice for the night was Cyber and although it is hard to see in the lighting my fabulous hair stylist @monibdstylist hooked me up with a Brazilian wave deep purple ombre hairdo.
