This past weekend I had the pleasure of attending a wedding for one of my dear friends. When I was thinking about my outfit, I knew I wanted it to be chic, but also fun. I’ve been wanting to wear a crop top for some time now, but we all know it has to be the right fit for your body type. I decided this event was going to be my opportunity to try it out. Along with that, I have this crazy obsession with Tulle as I have mentioned on here before and I wanted to play around with that idea for my look.I was able to create a chic, fun and wedding friendly look for under $100.
Here’s what I did:
Black Sequin Crop Top ~ Express / was originally $59.99, but on sale for $35.99
Burgundy Wine Tulle Skirt ~ Boohoo.com / I got it with a coupon for $22.00
Black Suede Ankle Strap Sandals ~ Lulus.com / I got it with a discount for $17.00
Faux Leather Black Clutch – H & M / From my closet and it was $12.95.
Jewelry ~ All my jewelry was from my closet and the pieces are a mix between Aldo and
So Necessary in Soho, NY.
Asymmetrical Wool Coat – Steve Madden / From my closet and it was $70.00.
Hair/Makeup ~ My wonderful cousin (Hair and Makeup Artist) Carla W.
